We conquered Bangkok in 2 days!

It was a really unforgettable trip to Bangkok. I had so many food swimming in my belly now and bought so much loots from Chatuchak weekend market and Roi Fat Market! Honestly, don't really bother going platinum mall (because it's really extremely overrated) as the shop owners are selling jeans at twice/thrice the price of the amount you can get at Chatuchak!

Haha I remembered how angry Alan was when he found out that he could have bought extra 1 or 2 more jeans at Chatuchak with the same amount of baht bought at Platinum mall.

While on the plane, Bestie took this gorgeous shot of the entire landscape of Thailand.

Took a quick selfie with the coin that allow us to take their train subways! Was wondering what happen if we lost the coins somewhere...

We wanted to purchase some alcohol boosters/mojito flavoured cocktail (my favourite!) but sadly, it was their national Buddhism day so we're not allowed so purchase any alcohol from supermarkets and convenient stores. So sad because it's so cheap and it looks so good!!

Many people went there early to the temple to pay respects to the gods.
I love their egg omu rice with curry plus mushroom cream sauce!! Coco in singapore cost $17.90 with GST while at Bangkok, it only cost $8!!

After you Dessert cafe
323/3 ซอยสุขุมวิท 55 ถนนสุขุมวิท แขวงคลองตันเหนือ กรุงเทพมหานคร 10110, Thailand

It's basically located at Siam Centre (ground floor) nearer to the foodcourt. They are so many Singaporeans queueing for a table inside the cafe. It was really delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The butter inside the shibuya toast melt in your mouth together with the richness of vanilla ice cream. The combination between ice cream and melted butter toast bread taste so good that you want the entire dessert to yourself! Although adding chocolate may look nicer and appetising, but I personally prefer the original one!! Do try it if you have the opportunity because it's THAT GOOD!!

Wowwwww. Full stomach.

Duck noodle broth with pig blood and noodles. The soup base tasted so great, you can buy it at chatuchak weekend market! Choose the rice noodle instead egg noodle (known as wan ton noodles) around 70baht ($2.70)

EXTREMELY IN LOVE WITH COCONUT ICE CREAM!!! Tasted so damn good. But I wonder why singapore coconut ice cream/drink tasteless but theirs so nice?!?? (30 baht around $1.20)

Vietnam rice rolls with either prawn/salmon or tofu dip with seafood sauce. (So glad I bought one bottle of seafood sauce back!!) (50baht for 8 pieces ($8) )

Mango sticky rice with coconut milk drizzled on top. The mangos isn't really sweet... but the rice was good! Finally had the opportunity to try this! (around 40baht, $1.50)

Grilled Sotong with rice stuffed inside. It's damn juicy and cheewy to keep biting the sotong while munching the rice. It tasted damn good la. Cost around 50baht? ($2)

Mango salad with fried rice, tom yum goong. I personally find this interesting because they actually mix noodles, egg, crackles and even small crab together as a salad dish! Can't remember how much was it, but it all taste so damn good especially the fried rice.

Do keep a lookout for your belongings because there are actually conmans/pickpockets around to steal your valuables. I happened to see a poster list of at least 200 pickpocket's photo outside the toilet??! Some quite scary cause they look so unbelievably nice and friendly. #neverjudgelooksbyitscover

Roi Fatt was awesome because we get to see vintage cars! We also did went to The ArtBox Market, but that was nothing much because it's mainly cocktails, drinks and some own startup brand t-shirt and dresses that didn't caught any of my eyes.

Anyway, we did also cover part of Pratunum market and the place will be awesome for you if you know how to shop well! Don't bother travelling to the back alley because they sell really cheap imitations of clothes around. Worse part is, they even quote unreasonable prices -_-

Generally, Thai people are really friendly, for instance we met this taxi uncle who keep giggling at us and taught us thai words and I've met some shop owners who generously gave us discounts!

But then, we also met some nasty ones. Like they purposely want to extort money from us- the tourists and drive us roundabout, quote us funny prices and a woman yelled at me because she didn't want to sell ONLY one t-shirt with 'CELINE PARIS" but instead, I would have to purchase 3 pieces.

But anyway, I'm still happy with my loot especially the fake lavender on top!! I freaking love the real ones but they only sell fake ones haha..... quite affordable and I placed it on my vast.

The trip was really an eye-opener, especially we didn't have any guidance or friends to bring us around the entire Bangkok. Thai massage was the best, and we're damn shiok and lucky to do it at 2am after all our busy shopping. Really thankful for this close friendship forged and I hope we can always stay in contact forever :)
